Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfers can be made to our designated bank accounts.
Mobile Payments: We accept mobile payment systems such as bKash, Rocket, and Nagad for Bangladesh-based clients.
PayPal: International payments can be made through PayPal for your convenience.
Upfront Payment: For most services, payment is required in full at the time of purchase. This includes training sessions, consulting services, and software development packages.
Subscription-Based Services: For ongoing services, such as monthly or yearly subscriptions, payments will be automatically charged at the beginning of each subscription period.
Invoices: For custom projects and long-term engagements, we provide invoices detailing the scope of work and associated costs. Payments are typically due within 7 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise specified.
All payments are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) for local clients, and in USD for international clients. If your bank or payment method charges foreign transaction fees or uses different currency exchange rates, it will be your responsibility to cover those fees.
All fees mentioned are exclusive of applicable taxes. Clients are responsible for paying any taxes or additional charges that may apply based on their region.
Any additional fees related to payment methods (e.g., transaction fees for mobile payments) are also the responsibility of the client.
We strive to offer a satisfaction guarantee for all our services. However, due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are provided under specific conditions:
Training Services: Refunds are provided if the service is canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After that, no refunds will be issued.
Consulting and Development Services: A partial refund may be issued based on the progress of the work and the agreement made prior to the start of the project.
Subscription Services: Cancellations can be made at any time before the next billing cycle. However, no refunds will be issued for any period already paid.
In case of late payments, a late fee may be charged, and access to services may be temporarily suspended until the payment is cleared. Continued non-payment may lead to the termination of services as outlined in the terms and conditions.
We take your security seriously and use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure that all transactions are processed securely. Your payment information is stored securely by our payment providers and is not shared with third parties without your consent.
